I tested this PR on Windows using WSL2 and I got this output. To verify collection I ran the following command:

bash-5.2$ grep 2xx out.txt | sort -u
DIMENSION '2xx' '2xx' 'incremental' '1' '1' ''
SET '2xx' = 0
SET '2xx' = 99

The result was expected, because I ran 99 calls to http://127.0.01 for an IIS server using PowerShell .

I still cannot bring images, because the WSL2 has an issue that I am debugging.
